Debra "Debbie" Ann (Pustejovsky) Eisenbarger, 57, of Lenexa, KS, passed away May 28, 2020 at Kansas City Hospice House after a year long battle with breast cancer.
She was born on October 23, 1962 to Adolph and Martha (Sulak) Pustejovsky in Fort Worth, TX. She graduated from R. L. Paschal High School in Fort Worth, TX, and attended Texas State University where she was on the school's water ski team. On May 12, 1994, she was united in marriage to John J. Eisenbarger. Together they made their home in Lenexa, Kansas, where they raised their two children, Kyle and Kelsey.
Debbie worked as an Escrow Officer, but she truly enjoyed staying home for many years with her children and being a part of their everyday lives. She was at nearly every school and sporting event supporting them, taking them to church and Sunday School. She was a carpool mom, a room mom, and enjoyed taking walks to the park so the kids could ride bikes and spend time outside. She especially enjoyed dancing, a true passion of hers, listening to country music, and attending concerts. Debbie also loved to travel, read, and was a member of Atonement Lutheran Church for 25 years.
Debbie is survived by her former husband, and friend, John J. Eisenbarger, son, Kyle J. Eisenbarger; daughter, Kelsey A. Eisenbarger and fiancé Michael A. Kinkelaar; her siblings Dennis (Sharon) Pustejovsky, Robert (Debbie) Pustejovsky, Randall (Cindi) Pustejovsky; her mother, Martha A. Pustejovsky; and sister-in-law, Jennifer (Scott) King. She also left behind several beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Adolph J. Pustejovsky; maternal grandparents, Albert and Hattie Sulak; and paternal grandparents, Otto and Annie Pustejovsky.

Covid Update:
Johnson County KS has lifted all restrictions related to Covid-19 leaving reopening plans to individual businesses. Churches and large gatherings will not be limited. However, to ensure attendees feel safe, we are taking the following precautions.
Visitation:
The visitation on Friday evening will allow 40 people at a time in the funeral home. We ask that you social distance as much as possible. A two-hour visitation should give everyone an opportunity to visit inside, even if it is just 40 people at a time. We will have plenty of hand sanitizer available in the receiving line for those who want to shake hands. Fist pumps or air hugs are fine too. But please know the family is willing to hug and shake hands if you are comfortable with it. Face masks are optional.
Funeral Service:
Atonement Lutheran Church seats about 500 people and has 6 separate seating sections, each section has 10-12 rows of pews. It's a big church. The Altar is somewhat rounded and each section is angled to face the Altar. Some rows in each section will be blocked off and we will use the entire church to spread everyone out.
Luncheon:
We invite everyone back to the church after the gravesite burial as we will be hosting a Covid friendly box lunch in the basement of the church. Tables will be spread out, with ~6 people per table, everyone will receive a box lunch. Coffee, tea, water, and soda will also be provided. We will have hand sanitizer stations, and masks are optional. If we get full, we can sit outside on the church steps or sit upstairs in the foyer. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
