David was born November 27, 1958 in Kansas City, MO to Anthony and Clara Vallacqua. He graduated form Louisburg High School where he played football, wrestling and baseball. David continued his studies at AVTS Technical School in Kansas City, MO becoming a welder mechanic. He continued on and joined as an apprentice with Boilermakers Local 83 and worked for his entire career earning all the certification possible, ending his career as a dedicated instructor for the Boilermakers.
David married Jeanine Brugioni in 1989, and they had two children, Phillip and Savina. He was a loving and dedicated father, although sometimes a wise-ass.
The family loved to travel and had many adventures together. David also loved his morning coffee and spend every day completing the Kansas City Star Crossword Puzzle ( much to Jeanine's chagrin). David's real love was golf and he played as often as he could and frequently with his brother Jim. He also enjoyed the Royals and Chiefs.
David was an active member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church and was also a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Societa Ragusa Americana Club.
David had a loving family that spent much time together, including spending time with his children in sports activities and learning White Horse Kempo Karate.
He leaves his wife, Jeanine (Brugioni), children Phillip and Savina, parents Tony and Clara Vallacqua, in-laws Leroy and Donna Brugioni, brother and sister-in-law Jim and Lynette Vallacqua, nieces and nephews Jenna (Jason) Crooks, Anthony (Kelsie) Vallacqua, great-nephew Landon Crooks and many much loved cousins.
He was the most loving and wonderful human being in the world. He loved his family and friends, he loved cigars, working crossword puzzles, eating his mothers pasta and Sugu and going to the boat, but most of all he loved reading his bible and God!
There is no doubt in all of our minds that David in not only in heaven, but sitting right next to God.
