Dannette E. Foster, 61 of Mission, KS passed away Wednesday, Dec. 26th at Kansas City Hospice House. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Kansas City Hospice House or First Presbyterian Church.

Dannette was born Feb. 14, 1951 in Hoisington, KS. She attended High School in Salina, KS and was a graduate of the University of Kansas. When she was young she worked as a cabinet maker in Lawrence, and then worked for 1st National Bank of Lawrence, Zip Processing in Topeka, Bankline Midamerica in Kansas City, and was currently the Assistant Vice President / Ebanking specialist for Metcalf Bank in Kansas City. She enjoyed cross word puzzles, games, camping, fishing, growing flowers and sporting events, especially KU basketball games. She was a patient and kind person who enjoyed helping people and will be sadly missed by many.

She was preceded in death by her father Daniel Hysell and her step father Charlie Reed.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years Dean Foster of the home, her mother Edith Reed and sisters; Susan Teague (Tom), and Rollaine Carlson (Chris) all of Amarillo, TX. Sister in law Donna Myers (Terry), brother in law Jerry Foster (Patty) all of Topeka, KS and brother in law Norman Anderson of Killeen, TX. and many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.
