DANIEL STEVEN POORE
Daniel Steven Poore, at the tender Age of 21, went home to be with the Lord on May 1, 2007. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 6, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Olathe Bible Church, 13700 W. 151st, Street, Olathe, Kansas followed by a Celebration of Danny's Life on Monday, May 7 at 10:00 a.m., also at the church.
Daniel was born on January 12, 1986 in Lancaster, CA to Darryl and Debbie Poore. He is survived by his parents and his sisters Krista and Kayla, of Overland Park, KS, grandparents Vince (Veronica) Ferrini, of Lancaster, CA, and Larry (Jeanne) Poore, great grandparents Vince (Marion) Ferrini, Lillian Fagan, Keith (Mildred) Enfield, Leon Poore, aunts and uncles Pete (Donna) Galier, and Natalie (Rick) Hutchison, and a large, loving extended family and friends.
Danny was a fun-loving young man who loved God, his family, friends, and his dog Hendrix. Graduating from Olathe North in 2004, he enjoyed playing soccer and most recently surfing in Hawaii. Danny excelled at work while at Sprint. His caring and helpful heart, led him to achieving Pinnacle Club status in sales and customer service. Danny did not know the meaning of a stranger. He was always there to listen and offer a strong shoulder while sharing his bright smile and endless hugs. He had recently purchased a home in Gardner where his doors were always open to family and friends.
