Curtis G. Shoop, 81, of Olathe, passed away on April 13, 2013 at Royal Terrace Care Center.
He was born on July 1, 1931 to Orrin and Myrtle Shoop. On April 13, 1975, he married Donna Doll, and they were long-time residents of Olathe, Kansas.
Curtis lead a Prison Ministry for over ten years and was also employed with O'Donnell and Sons Construction Company.
Curtis is survived by his loving spouse, Donna, daughter Merry Christine, and his sister Jackie Burris, stepchildren, David (Vickie) Doll, Dan (Deborah) Doll, and Dalene (Larry) O'Donnell, twelve step-grandchildren and eleven step-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and four siblings and step-daughter Diana Doll.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Countryside Baptist Church Building Fund.
