Cora Lee Vollmer

Cora Lee Vollmer passed away Saturday Oct 25, 2014 due to heart failure after a life long battle from congenital heart defects. She was born Jan 8, 1945 and grew up in Cross City, Florida with 13 other brothers and sisters. She moved to the Kansas City area in 1962. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, 5 brothers and 1 sister. She leaves behind her husband Mark Vollmer, her son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Terra Huston, her daughter and son-in-law, Missy and Sean Ruis and grandchildren Dain and Marli Ruis, Jordan, Savannah and Shelby Huston. In lieu of flowers, the family's asking for donations to The Children's Heart Foundation, PO Box 244, Lincolnshire, IL 60069.
