Jack is survived by four children; Jaqueline Suzanne Dougan, Joseph Ray, Brian Lee Dougan, and Jackie Dean Dougan (and the children's mother Shirley Wright), brothers and sisters; Thomas Dougan, David Dougan, Waneta Morrison, and Katheryn Burkard, 15 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
