After a very courageous battle with cancer, Connie Marie (Houseman) Dudziak, 64, of Olathe, KS, left this earth to be with her Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday March 2, 2017, around 10 a.m.
Connie was a loving, wife, daughter, mother, sister, and friend to everyone she met. She was strong in her love for God and was happy to share that with everyone. Along with her love for Jesus, Connie spent years crafting and quilting and loved spending time with her friends, family and grandkids. Connie was a resident of Olathe, KS, for 36 years. She shared a loving home with her husband, Jerry E. Dudziak. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy K. Houseman. She is survived by her mother, Dorothy M. Houseman and brother, Kenny Houseman of Anderson, MO.
Connie was an amazing mother to Jennifer L. Lara (husband Willie Lara), Jerry M. Dudziak (wife Jennifer A. Dudziak), and Jackie M. Hinemeyer (husband Jason Hinemeyer). Connie was a wonderful grandmother and loved being surrounded by her 8 grandchildren, Jerry, Alec, Philip, Cole, Cruz, Emma, Jaren and Jace.
The visitation for Connie will be at 10 a.m. Friday, March 10, followed by a Celebration of Life at 11 a.m. at Olathe Christian Church, 1115 South Ridgeview, Olathe, KS 66062. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to City Union Mission. This is an organization that Connie loved to support and volunteer at. The family thanks everyone for the amazing love, support and so many prayers during this time. Connie loved each and everyone of you.
