Cleo was born August 19, 1929 in Gardner, Kansas, living in Johnson County, Kansas all her life. She was a graduate of Olathe High School in 1947. She retired from Patron's Insurance in 1992.

She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and The Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Archer in 1995, and a son; Patrick Enright in 1993.

She leaves two daughters; Lynda & husband Smithy Allenbrand and Casey & husband Chris Thigpen all of Olathe, grandchildren; Melissa, Melynda, Carl, Amber, Dani, Brandon, and Ben, and great grandchildren; Bret, Conner, Cole, Catherine, Cooper, Will, Vance, Claire, Grace, Audrey, Avery, Parker, and Caroline.
