Age 74, passed away July 4, 2006 in Olathe, KS. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 9, from 6:30-8:30p.m.with Recitation of the Rosary at 7:00p.m., at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 16000 W. 143rd Street, Olathe, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 10, also at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. The family suggests memorials to Villa St. Francis , 16600 W. 126th Street, Olathe, KS 66062.
Clayton was born on January 24, 1932 in Leroy, KS to James and Alice
( McClarnan) LeValley. He married Glenna Waters on August 11, 1951 in St. Joseph's Mission Church of Geary Co., KS. They were residents of Manhattan, KS until 1980, then moved to Olathe, KS . He retired from the Department of Transportation in 1994 after 22 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Glenna, five daughters; Denise LeValley, of Olathe, Mary Wargin of Olathe, Maggie (Kevin) Collins, Olathe, Janel (Rick) Johnson, Portland, TX , and Teresa (Jeff) Cook, Iola, KS, five sons; Michael (Shelley) LeValley, Manhattan, KS, Patrick LeValley, South Salem, NY, Gregory (Kathy) LeValley, Manhattan, KS, Mark (Tina) LeValley, Salina, KS, Neil LeValley, Salina, KS. He is also survived by his sisters; Mary Jean ( Gerry) Wille, Littleton, CO, and Vivian Ross, Manhattan, KS, twenty-three grandchildren; Becky, Sarah, Katie, Kelli, Lisa, Alice, Amy, Courtney, Brae, Aileen, Whitney, Megan, Nick, Burke, John, Max, Clay, Justin, Ryan, Ben, Andrew, Nathan, and Matt.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one grandson, Jack LeValley.
