Charles Allen Patrick , Jr., 42, of Olathe, Kansas went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 17, 2013.
Chuck was born December 14, 1970, in Olathe, Kansas to Sandra Cox and Charles Patrick, Sr. He attended Olathe and Gardner schools, and was a long-time employee of Hy-Vee in Overland Park, KS. He was preceded in death by his grandparents William and Hazel Cox and Henry Patrick.
He is survived by his mother, Sandra Webster and father Charles Patrick, Sr. his paternal grandmother, Eloise Patrick, his sisters, Jamie and Kim, cousin Mindy, nieces, nephews and great-nieces, Zachery, Brittany, Brianna, Kiersten, Austin, Sean, Allison, Ethan, Audrina, Ava and Adam and extended family.
Memorials are suggested to the family , in care of Mindy Cox.
