CHARLES E. COREY
Charles E. Corey, 80, Olathe, KS passed away Saturday, February 19, 2005 at Olathe Medical Center. The family suggests contribution to Hospice of Olathe Medical Center and/or the American Lung Association.
Charles was born January 25, 1925 in Willow, Oklahoma living in Olathe since 1964. He served in the US Army during WWII. He worked in South Dakota and Nebraska in missle contruction and installation. While working at Douglas Aircraft in Tulsa Oklahoma he met his late wife Jean E. Kisner, and went on to marry her in 1959 in Monterey, Mexico.
Charles was a member of the Lion's Club of Olathe and Aldersgate United Methodist Church.
He was also preceded in death by sisters; Lorene Farmer and Oleta Meek, stepsons; Jim & John Dare.
He leaves sons; Charles E. Jr. and wife Beverly Corey, and Michael W. and wife Karen Corey, daughter-in-law; Karen Dare, a brother; Leslie J. Corey, 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
