Caroline Faith Fornal, infant daughter of Eric and Kristy Fornal, was called home to be with the Lord on May 22, 2014 in Overland Park, Kansas.
Caroline is survived by her loving parents, her brother John Cole and sister Charlotte Grace, grandparents James and Sandy Helm and David and Ileana Fornal, great-grandmother Florence Fornal, aunts and uncles Brad and Stacy Friedrich, Kerri Helm, Brian Helm, Alex and Christy Fornal, and cousins Lauren, Kaylee and Devon. Private services will be held. Memorials are suggested to Children's Mercy Hospital.
