Carl E. Neff, 85 of Olathe, KS passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at Olathe Medical Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 am Friday Dec. 4, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Burial in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Kansas City, KS. Friends may call from 5 to 7 PM at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, 14275 S. Blackbob Rd. Olathe, KS., where the Rosary will be said at 6:30. The family suggests contributions to the Church.
Carl was born March 16, 1924 in Kansas City, KS to Andy and Stella Neff. He was a lifelong resident of the Kansas City area and retired from the Kansas City, KS Board of Public Utilities.
He was preceded in death by his parents as well as a son Ronald J. Neff in 1960.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 1/2 years Agnes M. Neff of the home. 3 daughters Donna Geschwind, Carleen Curry and Elaine Guertin. 5 sons Bruce Neff, Thomas Neff, Paul Neff, Timothy Neff, and Michael Neff, as well as 1 brother Kenneth Neff, 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
