Brenda S. Brewer, 57, of Olathe, passed away on April 14, 2013. Memorials are suggested to the Cancer Action, Overland Park, KS or to Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Olathe, KS.
Brenda was born November 7, 1955 in Dayton, Ohio to Hubert and Irene Brewer. She married Mark Horton on August 13, 1989 in Lamar, MO. Brenda was employed with Honeywell and then for the Olathe Public Schools as an Administrative Assistant in Communications. Brenda and her husband, Mark, were both members of Aldersgate United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Mark Horton, children Ashley (Scott) Baugh, and Aaron Brewer-Horton, mother Irene Brewer, brother Charles (Linda) Brewer and grandson, Matthew Baugh. She was preceded in death by her father Hubert Brewer and brother Rickie Brewer.
