Brad Alan Dixon, 50, of Olathe KS passed away on March 6th, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family.
Brad was born on September 24th, 1970 to Frank and Rose Mary Dixon in Springfield IL. Brad was a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Accounting - Go Fighting Illini. Brad was a Buyer for Honeywell and had a wonderful and supportive work family!
On June 8th, 2019 Brad married the love of his life, Annamaria T McBride-Dixon - they had been together for 13 years prior.
Brad is survived by his loving wife, Annamaria T McBride-Dixon, his son Michael (Desiree) Dixon, three step-daughters; Amanda (Jon Boster) McBride, Kathleen (John Fielden) McBride, Fallon McBride (Milo Fur Kitty), 2 Granddaughters; Natalie Rose Marie Helm and Alexandria Paige Helm, all local. Siblings include Judy (Dennis) Lewis, David (Susie) Dixon, Donald (Lisa) Dixon, 3 nieces, 5 nephews, 3 great nieces and 3 great nephews all living in Illinois. Brad is also survived by multiple fur babies; Trusty Rusty Roo, Mad Dog Maddox, Bella Blue Eyes, Benjamin Banneker, Kalie May and Buckin' Buck A Roo whom he loved dearly too!
Brad was a life-long Chicago Cubs Fan... Go Cubs Go!
Brad's approach to life was faith, family first, do the very best you can by working hard, and monkey-runs to Sonic at 11:00 pm for ice-cream and cheese sticks.
A Celebration of Brad's life will be held on Saturday, March 20 from 3:00pm-6:00pm at Penwell-Gabel Olathe Chapel.
