Age 50, passed away on February 18, 2011 in Jacksonville, Florida. Betty was born October 7, 1960 in Kansas City, KS to Don Stark and Carole Faris. She attended Ridgeview Elementary, Santa Fe Trail Jr. High and Olathe North High School.
She was most recently employed with Riverpoint Realty in Jacksonville, Florida.
Surviving are her husband, John Kapple, her children Hilary Morgan, Johnny Kapple, Ryan (Amy)Kapple, Emily (Jerry) Fleenor, Casey (Jill) Kapple, Reid (Megan) Kapple, and Aaron Kapple, her parents, Don (Janet) Stark, and Carole (Don) Faris, siblings Merry (Calvin) McBride, Bemby (Charlie) Yocum, and Dorothy (Tim) Hoyt, Tim (Laurel) Faris and Tammi (Bill) Jones, fourteen grandchildren, her aunt Betty Ewens and many nieces and nephews.
