Barbara P. King, 81 of Olathe, passed away on July 2, 2019 at Olathe Medical Center.
She was born on April 15, 1938 to Ross and Evelyn (Hotop) Cento in St. Louis, MO.
Barbara worked as an Administrative Assistant for the City of Florissant, MO and a real estate agent for several years.
She was married to William King in 1997 in St. Louis and moved to Olathe, KS after Bill's passing in 2001.
She enjoyed garage sales, thirft stores, crafts, movies and spending time with family.
Barbara is survived by her daughters, Tracey Martin, Michele (Dan) Price and Tobi Lograsso.
She was preceded in death by her son, Craig Hannis (St. Louis, MO), son-in laws Jacky Martin (Tulsa, OK), and Nickolas Lograsso (Elsberry, MO).
She had six grandchildren, Cody Porter, Kenny Price, Danielle (Price) Wentzel, Christine Hannis, Jessie Hannis and Alex Lograsso. She also had 2 great-grandchildren, Shya Porter and Decker Wentzel.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 6th, at Divine Mercy in Gardner, KS with visitation at 9:30am and the Funeral Mass beginning at 10:30am. A luncheon will be provided in the church hall following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Kidney Fund.
