She also loved Civil War and WWII history, and she took her family on daytrips around Kansas, stopping at all of the roadside historic sites along the way. She was married to Ray Haberstroh for 46 wonderful, happy years, and she was so proud of the three sons they raised together.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kelly and Edna Viets, and her sister-in-law, Julie Viets.
She is survived by her husband Ray E. Haberstroh of Olathe, KS, her sons Chris and Allison Haberstroh (Reed) of Norfolk, VA, Ryan and Lisa Haberstroh (Jacobs) of Shawnee, KS, Robin and Kristen Haberstroh (Likes) of Olathe, KS, her siblings Kelly "K.C."
