Barbara Laverne DeGrande passed away in her home on December 6th, 2019.
She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years Raymond Francis DeGrande, and brother Don Gillette.
She is survived by her sons James DeGrande (Martha) and Donald DeGrande (Sonya); 7 grandchildren Brandy Ingels (Jason), Trisha Lawrence , Lauren DeGrande, Jerrad DeGrande, Kurt Stagner (Carissa), Dawn Rousseau (Ron), and Virgil Stagner (Brittany); 8 great-grandchildren Cole Lawrence, Dwight Ingels, Max Lawrence , Amelia Ingels, Morgan Stagner, Kentsington Stagner, Whitley Rousseau, Gabby Rousseau; 1 great-great grandchild Gabriel Rousseau.
The family will receive friends for a visitation from 6:00-7:00pm on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, at Penwell Gabel's Olathe Chapel, with a Rosary service following at 7:00pm. A graveside service will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, December 12, 2019, at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery in Lenexa. Following the graveside service, a luncheon will be served at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 11300 W 103rd St, Overland Park, KS 66214.
