Arlene Elizabeth Williams
July 1, 1930 — July 29, 2015
Arlene Williams, born July 1, 1930, was lovingly relinquished by her family into God's waiting arms on July 29, 2015.
Now freed from the relentless grip of Alzheimer's, Arlene is whole and reunited with her beloved husband, Dwight. The disease, though viscous, never robbed her of her core self. She remained sweet, affectionate and loving. Her twinkle and easy laugh were present throughout and her deep spirituality never wavered. She leaves 3 sons who were the focus of her life, Jim (Betsy), Bob (Linda) and Rich (Sharon). There are also 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Mass 1 p.m. Thurs., Aug. 6, Christ the King Catholic Church, 8510 Wornall.
