Anthony Martín Oley, 77, of Olathe, Kansas, passed way Friday, October 10, 2014. Anthony was born June 29, 1937 in Patterson, New Jersey to Anthony and Amelia Monaco-Oley. In his early life, Anthony was a proud United States Marine. After being honorably discharged, Anthony then pursued and successfully retrieved his pilot's license. This profession would not pan out as there was a job shortage. Anthony became a born again Christian in the 1960's, and loved Jesus Christ. He served the Lord throughout his life and fellowship with people whenever the opportunity arose. His favorite bible verse was Corinthians 2:9. In California, he went on to put himself through college and pursue a real estate broker's license, which he would do the majority of his life. Ultimately, this business took him to California where he practiced all facets of real estate. In the end, his passion was to buy and sell land. He also served citizens and the community as a deputy sheriff with the San Bernardino Sheriff's department. Anthony would spend the last few years of life with family in Olathe, Kansas. Racheal, Dean, and Tina are his surviving children. Suzanne and Daniel, his passed children. Surviving grandchildren, Daniel Jr., Miranda, Samantha, Brandon, Amelia, and Trevor. Surviving great grandchildren, Izaiah, Elyjah, and Izabelle. Anthony's ashes will be taken and laid to rest in the Mojave River in the Mohave Desert in San Bernardino, County, California by his children.
