Anita N. Urish, 85, of Olathe, KS (formerly of Topeka) passed away Monday August 29, 2016.
Anita was born Sept. 7, 1930 in Osage City, KS to Pete and Kate Nelson. She grew up on a farm near Hartford, KS and graduated from Hartford High School. She married Richard W. Urish June 18, 1950 in Osage City, KS. Anita and Richard raised their four daughters in Topeka. She was a long time member of the Extension Home Unit, and was a member of First Congregational Church (formerly Seabrook United Church of Christ).
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Jean Schreiner.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years Richard Urish, and their 4 daughters; Mary Ahrens, Donna Davisson (Stan), Sandy Urish, and Linda Grimes. 7 grand children and 4 great grandchildren.
