Angie A. Bjorgo

Angela "Angie" A. Bjorgo 84, of Olathe, KS peacefully passed away in her home Saturday, April 18th, 2020. Angela is survived by her brother Larry and Gae Shertz of Longwood, FL, her four children Mike and Cathy Bjorgo of Gladstone, MO, Matt and Sheryl Bjorgo of Overland Park, KS, Jim Bjorgo and Lisa James of Ottawa, KS and Kathy McCarley of Olathe, KS. 16 grandchildren, Jessica, Mitch, Justin, Paula, Ashley, Josh, Natalie, Lindsey, Will, Whitney, Kit, Lukas, Logan, Mandy, Brett and Suzanne. 1 nephew Zachary. 9 Great-grandchildren, Hayden, Nora, Easton, Amelia, Eric, Matthew, Eliana, Brayden and Dylan. She is preceded in death by her husband Gene Bjorgo, her mother Ruth Shertz and her father James Shertz.

Angie enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her great grandchildren. She was an avid card player and loved playing bridge and bunco with her friends. She was always present at her family's baseball games, wrestling matches, and dance recitals. You could always count on a baseball game or a KU basketball game being on the television. She had a lifelong love affair with Elvis that was apparent through all the memorabilia spread throughout her house. The family is asking that in lieu of flowers,contributions be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
