Amy Lee Smith, age 32, of Raytown, MO, passed on July 10, 2014.
Born Dec. 15, 1981 in Novato, CA, daughter of Daniel and Linda Smith. Beloved daughter, mother, sister and granddaughter - It is now we remember your healthier days- - your daily suffering of illness is gone. We know your body was only a temple which held your spirited soul. Now your soul is at peace, free to surround Pruedence with your ever present love, every day.
Amy is preceded in death by her grandfather Homer Smith, and her beloved Chihuahua Brittany Jean. She is survived by her daughter Pruedence Jackson of Belton, MO, her mother Linda Smith of Raytown, MO, her father Daniel Smith of Grandview, MO, her sister Dayna Smith and her brother Christopher Smith of Raytown, MO, her grandparents Calvin and Carolyn Sawyer of Raytown, MO and Janice Smith of Grandview, MO.
Family and friends are invited to services, held on July 23, 2014 at 6:00 pm at Langsford Funeral Home in Lees Summit, MO.
In honor of Amy's memory, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
