Alfred Drummond Crews

Alfred "Drummond" Crews, age 83, of Overland Park, passed away December 17, 2024 at his home.

He was born on October 23, 1941 to Alfred and Nelda (Breckenridge) Crews at Oklahoma City, OK. 

Drummond was employed as President of Empire Manufacturing until the time of his retirement in 2003. 

On August 26, 1994, he married Nancy (Lasater), and they made their home in Lenexa, KS.

He enjoyed bowling and attending his favorite sporting events, especially the KC Royals. Drummond especially enjoyed spending time with his family and traveling with Nancy.

Drummond is survived by his loving wife, Nancy, his children Drummond & Diana Crews, Anne Crews, Rhonda Pittman, Sondra & Marvin Walters, Jason & Mandy Pittman, and Kelly & Phil Lewis. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren with 2 more on the way, and his sister Mardelle Smith. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Alfred and Nelda Crews.
