Albert L. Noyes, Jr. 67 of Olathe, KS passed away after a long battle with several military related diseases Thursday Dec. 27th, 2012 at home. The family suggests contributions to the Disabled American Veterans.
Albert was born March 4, 1945 in Newport News, VA to Albert and Saddie Noyes. He graduated from Lansing Rural High School before attending Pittsburg State University. He was an officer in the US Army serving in Vietnam and then went on to insurance agent sales for Farm Bureau and eventually he was the Vice President of Marketing for State Mutual in Lawrence as well as radio sports broadcasting.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Timothy Noyes.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years Linda Noyes. Their 2 children Dana Demaree (Matt) and Sean Noyes (Lisa), grandchildren; Megan, Lindsey, Sean, Zachary, Abigail, Seth and Izabel. Great grandchildren; Matthew, Mykenzie, Maylee, and Mason. He is also survived by his sisters; Peggy Koepsel, Connie Poe (William), and Christine May and many nieces and nephews.
