Mary Lou (McNeish) Agee, 76, Lenexa, KS passed away Monday, August 27, 2007 with her family at her side.

Mary Lou was born June 15, 1931 in East Gulf, West Virginia. She was a graduate of Sophia High School, where she was voted the most popular girl, and later attended business college. She worked as an office manager until her retirement in 1977.

She was a member of the D.A.R., Daughter of the Pilgrims, Daughters of the Mayflower, and Daughters of the Confederacy. She enjoyed needlework, antiques, folk art, was an avid reader with her favorite book being the Bible. She loved her family dearly and always considered West Virginia her home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wiley Cabell Agee, Jr. in 1997; grandson, Wiley Cabell Agee, IV; brother, William McNeish and son-in-law, Mario Salazar.

She leaves a daughter, Mea (Doug) Gilliand; son, Wiley Cabell (Susan) Agee, III; daughter, Susan Scott Salazar; brother; Robert McNeish; sister, Margaret Elizabeth Gray; grandchildren, Wesley Craig Agee, Christian Mario Salazar, Jordan Jane Agee, and Mary Faith Salazar.

Mary Lou will be remembered and loved by her family and friends for her quick wit and generosity. Her family's and God's love will always be with her.
